Every year, more than 1 billion people visit other countries. One out of every 11 jobs is related in some way to tourism. A lot of jobs mean that a lot of people are hired every year, so starting a career in the tourism industry isn't as difficult as in other fields. This type of tourist usually plans their trips very well, so they may inform you about their activities before their arrival, but that doesn't mean you can't suggest other activities based on their passion.

To cater to these types of visitors, suggest authentic experiences, workshops, musicals and theater, local markets and historic walking tours. There are many different types of attractions, which can make it easy to find something you like and care about.
Personality trips are simply a description of how to match your personality type to the type of vacation you would most enjoy. When deciding on a vacation, these types of tourists are looking for authentic local and regional experiences in which to participate. Spend a day at an airport or train station and you'll be able to identify some of these types of tourists. If you are someone who lives in an ecological way, drives a hybrid or electric car, has a house that runs on natural energy in the form of solar panels or wind turbines, this would be your type of tourism.
