The study also found that 47% of millennials believe it is important to stay connected to work during holidays, compared to 33% of Generation X and 16% of baby boomers. A separate survey conducted by Wrike revealed that 42% of millennials intend to work during holidays, compared to 28% of Gen Xers and baby boomers combined. This suggests that even when millennials take advantage of their vacation days, they feel more chained to their desks than other generations. The least expensive tours offer low-end accommodation, less support and a limited set of offers included in the price.
